Local produce
If they do not come from the permaculture farm, the products are sourced from local producers. They contribute to the elaboration of a tasty, authentic cuisine, both traditional and gastronomic.
Throughout the year, the menus are based on seasonal products, and we favour the real, the tasteful, the fresh and the natural in a spirit of culinary simplicity honouring the character of the food. We have a cellar with a selection of wines, chosen for their taste and ethical production process.
